The first of the "Let's Talk About A&B" event series organized by the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was hosted by the Basın Ekspres Campus Conference Hall on Wednesday, March 30 at 14.00. The event, moderated by Res. Assist. Dr. Tuğçe Ezgi Soyaltın, one of the faculty members of the Department of Business Administration, and held as a hybrid over the CATS platform, was broadcast live on the Youtube channel of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and reached a wide audience.

Within the scope of the panel series organized by the collaboration of Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) and Family Businesses Entrepreneurship Research Application and Research Center (AGMER) and Managemen Consultant Association, this time the “System Management in the Family Businesses” was discussed. The event, which was organized on March 24, 2022, Thursday, online via ZOOM and YouTube platforms, drew heavy attention.

The Individual Young Entrepreneurship (BIGG) Program, in which 200 thousand TL grant support is provided to entrepreneurs who want to realize their business idea, was introduced to the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences by Marmara University Teknopark Inc. Entrepreneurship and Incorporation Specialist Doğukan Gezinti.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Prof. Dr. Müge Çetiner, department heads and lecturers met with the students. At the event held on Wednesday, March 16, our students conveyed their opinions, suggestions and requests to our dean. Our students were informed about faculty activities and internship commission work.

A webinar was organized with the collaboration of IKU Family Businesses Application and Research Center (AGMER) and Management Consulting Institute. The webinar which was realized via the ZOOM platform and also broadcasted live via YouTube on February 24, Thursday was moderated by Assist. Prof. Seray Begüm Samur Teraman, one of the academics from the Department of Entrepreneurship. The panel in which Salih Keskin, Innovation Coach and Dr. Ali Kurt, Synergia Co-Founder took place, started with Assist. Prof. Nazan Çağlar’s, Head of AGMER, speech.

A brief was organized in the scope of the cooperation agreement signed between Istanbul Kültür University Europe Career and Workforce Unit and Lower Saxony State “Deutsche Management Akademie- Lower Saxony German Management Academy” (DMAN) for the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

The application process for the "Start-Up Festival III", which will be held for the third time this year by the  Department of Entrepreneurship, with the main sponsorship of TABAN GIDA and with the contributions of the Information Commercialization Center (BTM), has begun

Lecturer Meri Taksi Deveciyan, one of the academicians of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, took the Istanbul University Business Administration Doctoral Thesis Defense exam on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 and was entitled to receive a doctorate degree.

Academic Board of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester, organized with the participation of our Rector. The meeting which was realized in December 23, Thursday at 14.00, Basın Ekspres Campus, started with the speech of Deputy Rector and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın.

Our Vice Rector & Acting Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın met with the Heads of Faculty Student Clubs, Faculty Student Representative and Department Student Representatives on Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Basın Ekspres campus.
