Within the scope of the panel series organized by the collaboration of Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) and Family Businesses Entrepreneurship Research Application and Research Center (AGMER) and Managemen Consultant Association, this time the “System Management in the Family Businesses” was discussed. The event, which was organized on March 24, 2022, Thursday, online via ZOOM and YouTube platforms, drew heavy attention.

In the event, which was moderated by Prof. Dr. Mahmut Paksoy, one of the academics from the IKU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business, Prof. Dr. Uğur Yozgat, Vice-Rector of Nişantaşı University, Anıl Akın, Lecturer in the İzgören Academy & Consultant, took place as panelists.

In the panel where the system approaches in organizations, leadership and management issues were discussed, the subject of "System Leadership", which has recently started to take place in the literature, was explained to the audience.

Assist. Prof. Nazan Çağlar, Head of AGMER, who took the floor at the end of the panel, invited the participants to the traditional "Family Businesses Congress" to be held on April 14-15.
