The Department of Business Administration held a seminar titled "Six Sigma Applications in Corporate Enterprises, Customer Value and Return on Investment" at the Basın Ekspres Campus Conference Hall on Wednesday, December 21. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt ING Bank Technology and Product Manager Mutlu Emir Bilişik, who attended the event as a speaker, informed the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences about lean six sigma practices and transformation studies in corporate businesses. Bilişik, who made evaluations on real sector case studies in his presentation, also talked about the utilized methods. At the end of the event, Head of Business Administration Assoc. Prof. Murat Taha Bilişik presented a gift to our guest.
